We’ve proudly served the Lancaster County and surrounding areas for over 28 years.
It started in Lancaster County, serving homeowners in Ephrata, Lititz, Lancaster, Manheim and Strasburg. As our customers started talking about our work and sharing our name with friends and family we had to expand our service area to include a greater area with Shaefferstown, York, Oxford, and West Chester. We’ve continued to grow and now serve areas in Maryland (Rising Sun, Bel Air, and Whiteford), Delaware (Newark, Wilmington, and Hockessin) and NJ (Cherry Hill, Dewey Beach, Wildwood, Beach Haven, and Cape May).

Carmella Condominium Association has utilized Klausmair Construction for several major repairs, including damage to a unit after a tree fell. Currently, the Association also has a service contract with Klausmair for an ongoing roof maintenance and gutter cleaning program. We have found them to be very professional and responsive.
During the roof inspection and gutter cleaning, the Board of Directors received several compliments from residents regarding Klausmair Construction. Among the compliments were those on friendliness, professionalism, and generally “doing a great job”. A few residents also commented on how tidy and neat the properties were left and that you could not tell anyone was even there after the work was completed.
Kurt and Evan Klausmair also took the time to attend Board meetings to review the roofing reports in detail to help the board members understand the process and the results of the roof inspection.
